Saver plus matched savings program. Saver plus is giving families a brighter future by providing an incentive to save for education. To be eligible you must: ? be a parent or guardian of a student attending school, or be intending to attend accredited vocational training yourself ? have a current health care card or pension card, and ? have some income from paid employment. Saver plus works by: ? providing financial education training ? offering personal financial coaching support, and ? matching every dollar participants save with an additional dollar (up to $500). Participants attend 10 hours of money minded financial workshops which help with finding spending leaks and better understanding their finances. The program is australia's first financial education and matched savings program and was designed to help families achieve a savings goal, establish a long-term saving habit and pay for education. By joining saver plus you could receive $500 to help pay for school items including computers, books and uniforms. Anz rewards participants with one dollar for every one dollar they save (up to $500). It is an initiative of the brotherhood of st laurence and anz and is delivered in partnership with berry street, the benevolent society and the smith family and other local community agencies. The Brotherhood of St Laurence Individual Support qualification will assist you flourish the skills needed to manage and take care of elderly clients through theoretical and attainable learning. The Certificate II in Individual Urge (aging) is a nationally recognized qualification and is the first step in gaining the skills to labor in a residential aged care facility or as a home and community concern worker.
